Apr 21, 2023 · pc randomly freezes but audio continues to play in the background so my pc randomly freezes just doing normal things and if i have a video or audio playing i can still hear the audio just fine even though my whole PC is frozen. Later, some 20-30min in, it will just freeze completely and needs to be killed in task manager. it generally happens during gaming, or right after closing a game, the PC freezes, but audio plays, even if i'm in an Discord call i can hear what they're saying for a good 10-15 seconds before that gets cut off aswel, but music in general keeps playing. While playing Throne and Liberty, after a while in the game, there are millisecond-long black freezes, and this continues constantly.
